Agentic AI Bootcamp: Build Your Digital Partner

Bridging the Gap Between AI Potential and Practical Implementation

We believe in empowering organizations to harness the transformative power of AI through education, connection, and implementation. Our recent Agentic AI Bootcamp exemplifies this approach, bringing together professionals from diverse industries to learn, collaborate, and create practical AI solutions.

What Are AI Agents, Really?

Think of AI agents as helpful digital assistants that can learn to do specific tasks for you. Unlike regular AI tools that just respond when you ask something, agents can actually take initiative and complete multi-step tasks on their own.

It's like the difference between:
Having a calculator (traditional AI) that gives you answers when you type in problems
Having a research assistant (AI agent) who not only finds information but organizes it, draws conclusions, and presents it to you

Why This Matters Now

You might be wondering, "Why should I care about this right now?" That's a fair question!

# The technology is finally ready: Recent advances have made AI agents practical for everyday use
# Early adopters gain advantages: Learning these skills now puts you ahead as these tools become mainstream
# It's becoming accessible: You no longer need to be a programmer to create and use these tools

What Participants Learned

Our bootcamp started with practical foundations.

Participants:
# Saw real examples of AI agents solving everyday work problems
# Built their first simple agent to handle tasks they currently do manually
# Learned how to "teach" an agent their expertise without needing coding skills

"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." – Leonardo da Vinci

We emphasized that no technical background was required. If you can explain how you do your job to a new colleague, you can learn to create an AI agent. This bootcamp was specifically designed to be approachable for beginners while offering valuable insights for those with more technical experience.

Expert Speakers Sharing Cutting-Edge Knowledge

Our carefully selected speakers brought diverse expertise and practical insights:

Marco Tabor - AI Engineer with extensive experience in customized AI solutions, covered the critical differences between AI Assistants and AI Agents, along with data security considerations.
Nick DePhillips - Head of GTM at AITOMATIC (joining from New York City) presented on "Bridging the AI Accuracy Gap with Automated Knowledge Capture." He explored why subject matter expert input is crucial, why current methods fall short, and how the innovative Aitomatic DXA factory approach addresses these gaps.

Josh McKenty – Founder of AVANT delivered a three-part presentation covering the shift to workflow-centered AI, data readiness for business AI adoption, and the future of AI in marketing over the next three years.

Jake Wu – Head of Machine Learning at AVANT and Stanford graduate demonstrated practical techniques for building a lead generation agent.

Monika Tylova - AITHENTIC Founder/Managing Director addressed AI literacy and workforce training strategies to build in-house AI capabilities.

Stephen Brown – Managing Director at Awesome AI and former Head of Operational Excellence at Burger King NZ, shared his real-world experience implementing AI in drive-thru operations through his AI Implementation Roadmap.

Beyond Numbers: Measuring Real Human Progress

Prior to the bootcamp, we conducted a survey to establish baseline knowledge and confidence levels. Follow-up measurements after the event revealed remarkable transformations:

Key Findings
🚀 Understanding and Knowledge Transformation

Participant self-ratings on AI agent understanding increased from an average of 2.6 to 4.0 points (on a 5-point scale), representing a 54% improvement.

🚀 Confidence and Implementation Readiness

# Confidence in identifying AI agent use cases increased from 3.3 to 4.3 (+30%)
# Feeling equipped to implement AI agents improved from 2.8 to 4.2 (+50%)
# Familiarity with automation platforms rose from 2.1 to 4.1 (+95%)
# LLM tool familiarity and effective use increased from 2.7 to 3.7 (+37%)

The Bootcamp Experience: Day by Day

Day 1: Foundations and Frameworks

The energy was electric from the start, with participants hungry for knowledge and connections. Nick's introduction to DXA was eye-opening for everyone, while Josh's presentation triggered thought-provoking questions about the future of marketing, business readiness, and data management.
Marco proved to be an exceptional facilitator, emphasizing the importance of strategic thinking before implementation.
By day's end, participants were working in teams on 5-minute presentations showcasing how these revolutionary tools could solve real-world challenges in their respective industries.
As one participant noted, "The frameworks have been laid out—now we're transforming them with exclusive access to powerful tools most people don't even know exist!"

Day 2: Practical Application and Team Challenges

Day 2 saw our dedicated participants—true "warriors" spending their weekend with us—diving deeper into practical applications. They challenged their own status quo and acknowledged the learning journey ahead, recognizing that complex automation and Agentic AI require expertise beyond a DIY approach.
Jake Wu empowered every participant to build functioning agents with n8n, while Marco guided them through technical challenges. Stephen Brown provided both inspiration and practical insights from his extensive implementation experience.

The highlight of the day was Team "Datamind Architects" winning recognition for brilliantly solving a fellow team member's struggle with work overload and documentation burden by immediately applying their newly acquired n8n knowledge to a real-world challenge.
